Guy has over 25 years of experience in the aviation, technology and communications industries, including considerable international exposure. Until 2013 Guy had been the founder and CEO of Donica International, a startup that designs, manufactures and sells inflight entertainment equipment and WiFi solutions.
In 2010 Guy founded Bizzability LLC which was later to become appzbizz.com that developed applications for aviation based WiFi solutions and more recently took that knowledge to develop Enterprise applications that retain customers, attract new ones and sell more product in a unique and innovative way.
In the course of a 15 year career with Nortel Networks, Guy held a number of senior positions including VP and General Manager of a number of Wireless divisions. At Nortel he led manufacturing teams while managing complex relationships between sales and product organizations. His teams delivered annual sales volumes in excess of $200M and turned a division making a loss of $15M per year into a profit of $15M over an 18 month period.

Zeev possess over 20 years of experience on the Security, Defense and Technology Industry, leading successful integrations projects in the Security & Defense Industry.

In 2001 Zeev founded Beit Alfa Security, offering services from direct security to strategic geopolitical analysis serving as security advisor for various multinational companies: Nestle, Wyeth Laboratories, Four Seasons Hotels, Purina, Johnson & Johnson, Amway, LOreal among others.

During his tenure as CEO of Beit Alfa Security Zeev oversee the development software and hardware solutions for the Defense and Security Industry. Mr. Fragachan also oversees the implementation of advance electronic communication and command and control solutions.
